and establish facts in criminal or civil courts of law."
This applies to Chiropractic healthcare when the evaluating
Doctor utilizes all available tools to assess the merits of
a case and establish a well documented, clinically objective
opinion.
These skills are applied in the performance of expert witness
testimony, on-site facility inspections and records review.
Expert Witness Testimony: Plaintiff
and Defense
Starting with documentation review and in-depth case record
investigation, our team will determine case merit. We provide
years of civil and federal court experience to include pre-trial
strategies for both deposition and cross examination testimony.
Trial preparation and court room testimony can be done along
with opposing expert witness cross examination. Specializing
in chiropractic malpractice, billing fraud and workers compensation.
On-Site Facility Inspections
Hands on learning experience for visual on-site inspections.
Our team will walk you through equipment identification and
workings.
Additionally we add training for Insurance Adjusters and Special
Investigative Unit personnel on how to conduct phone interviews
with patients. This includes outline of questions regarding
details of therapy and treatment for investigative purposes.
Our staff is also available for on-site inspection of diagnostic
and therapy equipment.
Records Review:
